Salala District, Bong County — In a historic and emotional homecoming, Unstoppable National Congress (UNC) Chairman Morris U. Wrepu returned to Salala, the town that shaped his early years, in a celebration marked by unity, leadership, and deep community ties.
Residents lined the streets, cheering and embracing the leader whose political journey has remained firmly rooted in his commitment to the people.
Chairman Wrepue was accompanied by top party executives, Jeremiah S. Gbeh, Vice Chair for Media and Publicity, and Varney N. Reeves Jr., Vice Chair for Political Affairs. Chairman Wrepu’s visit reaffirmed the UNC’s pledge to stay engaged at the grassroots level.
A major highlight of the day was Wrepu’s attendance at the wedding ceremony of Salala District Commissioner, Honorable Kanneh, where local officials, community members, and supporters gathered in colorful fashion, further strengthening bonds of solidarity.
