The Alternative National Congress through its political leader, Mr. Alexander B. Cummings welcomed Taa Z. Wongbe back to the party during his homecoming ceremony at the party headquarters in Old Road, Monrovia.
Delivering his welcome statement, Mr. Cummings commended Representative Wongbe for taking a bored step for returning to the party. He at the same time urged all ANC partisans who left the party to return to the party and build the vision of ANC, adding that ANC is the only political institution that is offering fundamental change to Liberia.
The ANC Political Leader emphasized that ANC is still alive and ready to take State power. “The ANC is reengaging, reenergizing and renewing itself to take leadership,” The ANC Political Leader noted.
Cummings through his remarks stated that Liberia is struggling, emphasizing that the lives of Liberians are not better than the past two years.
“All Liberians will benefit from the resources of Liberia if ANC take State power.” Mr. Alexander B. Cummings promised.
In remarks, Representative Taa Z. Wongbe commended every partisan fo the ANC, including Mr. Cummings for the warmed welcome, following his returned to the party.
Mr. Wongbe stressed the that his returned to the party is to add value to the ANC and also reshape the political landscape in Liberia.
He emphasized the urgency for Liberians to awaken and elect leaders who represent a new dimension in governance.
The Alternative National Congress returnee encouraged those who left the the party to rejoin and build a vibrant political institution for the young people of Liberia. “It’s time for all ANC supporters to come back home and together, we can build a stronger and more inclusive future for our nation.” Mr Taa Wongbe Stated.
As his returned marks a pivotal moment for the ANC, many are hoping that Mr. Wongbe will attract the party to many young people to join the Alternative National Congress following his returned statement.
