The Chief Executive Officer of Magic Group of Companies Incorporated, Mr. Mamudu Saah Dabor, ally, Baba 2Sweet has vowed to support Liberia's businesses with the amount of fifty thousand United States Dollars.
Speaking at the National Youth Conference held at the Paynesville Town Hall on Saturday, May 10, 2025, the host and CEO Magic Group of Companies Inc. Mr. Dabor said that the opportunity for Liberians businesses is to kill the businesses, adding that the interest rate for micro-finance loan in Liberia is too high and the period for paying back is very short.
He said that he is in consultation with the government of Liberia to see how best to have a better financial setting that Liberians will benefit from as business men and women.
Mr. Mamudu Saah Dabor, ally, Baba 2Sweet disclosed that his goal is to provide five thousand (5,000) jobs in Liberia from January to December, stressing that the recreational project that is under going construction at the Duport Road Junction will provide one hundred and fifty (150) jobs for Liberians.
He the same time called young people to prioritize ideas that will develop and transform their futures, urging them to always believe in themselves. "If you want to move forward in life, you have to believe in yourself and be prepared for the people you are believing in," the CEO of Magic Group of Companies Inc. urged young people at the National Youth Conference 2025.
Mr. Dabor further called on the youths to form an alliance to have the country by themselves and be responsible for how the people are living, in pushing the government to do what is in the best interest of the country.
"We have to think as people who believe in themselves, that is why this National Youth Conference is all about," Baba 2Sweet noted.
He used to occasion and called on politicians not to be afraid of the youths, adding that some politicians are afraid because of the potential that young people have, which he said if the youths are empower, politicians will not be able to use them for their political gain.
"Do not go to politicians for rice but to rather go and hear what visions they have for the growth and development of the country that will benefit everyone," Mr. Mamudu Dabor, host of the National Youth Conference urged young at the conference in Paynesville. "We are the victim of political manipulations," he expressed.
In remarks, participatients of the conference expressed excitement about the conference and promised to take every thing that was learned during the conference to their various homes and communities to educate those who never had the opportunity to attend the National Youth Conference.
They at the same time commended the host of the conference, Mr. Mamudu Dabor, ally Baba 2Sweet, Chief Executive Officer of Magic Group of Companies Inc. for the impactful initiative and further called on him not to stop bringing programs that will change the lives of the youths of Liberia.
The Conference which was held under the theme: "Unlocking The Power within: Empowering Liberia's Youths Sustainable Development," brought together hundreds of youths from across Montserrado County.
